The simple deal

Tandem is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running well, but we cannot promise it will never have a bug or a moment of downtime. Tandem has a free plan and an optional Pro plan; one Pro plan covers both members of the same household.

Pro prices, billing period, and refund window are shown before you pay. GCash orders are manual and never renew automatically. Stripe card and Apple App Store subscriptions renew through that provider until cancelled, and stay active through the period already paid for.

If Pro ends, your household returns to the free limits. We do not delete the letters, moments, games, or other relationship history you already made just because a subscription ends. Refunds follow the window shown at purchase and any additional rights required by your payment provider or local law.

One household is meant for one couple, the two of you. Please do not use a single space as a group account or for a business. You are responsible for what you put in your space and for keeping your sign-in email safe, since that is how you get in.

• Be kind. Do not use Tandem to harass anyone or to store illegal content.
• Do not try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the app.

You can stop using Tandem at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.

We may update these terms as Tandem grows. If we make a big change, we will let you know rather than slip it past you.
